A native of Stamford, Connecticut, Jim Speiser has portrayed Frank Sinatra in the Phoenix,
Arizona area since 1995. He started at an Italian restaurant called "The Sinatra Lounge"
where he performed with "Dean Martin" (Vic Fatali) for over a year and a half, for $25 a
night (and he was charged for each Coke he drank!). From there the duo moved on to
conventions and private parties, eventually naming themselves "Rat Pack 2000" and
becoming a featured act in JD's Legendary Stars.
In 2004 Jim started Crooners Unlimited, a cast of the most talented impersonators culled
from around the state of Arizona, trying to make his mark as a producer and talent
provider. The cast made headlines in 2005 when it provided most of the talent for the
Tsunami Relief Concert held in the Mazatzal Casino in Payson, Arizona. The concert was
the largest gathering of impersonators in the history of the state, and the largest and most
successful show in Payson's history. Crooners Unlimited is now one of the top five
agencies of its kind in the world, and has affiliate offices in Palm Springs, California and
Las Vegas, Nevada.
Recently, Jim has appeared at the Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas. He was also cast as a
Frank Sinatra tribute singer in the TV series Hidden Palms.
